  • vs 10 – hear the word of the LORD, O nations – speaking to the Gentile nations. The G_D of creation may have scattered Israel but it is not Nebuchadnezzar doing, it is ME. I will bring them back.
  • vs 11 – ransomed Jacob and redeemed, NOT the CHURCH or the ecclesia! Yeshua, will, and has ransomed all of mankind at the cross!

  • Rachel is dead? what’s up?  The Mother of only 2 of the 12 tribes, Jacobs favorite wife, Joseph and Benjamin.
    • Rachel’s grandson, Ephraim,  is a proxy for the northern 12 tribes. Benjamin for the Southern.
    • A promise to Rachel for the future.
  • Ramah – Staging point and point of entry of Babylon to the land.
  • vs 19: For after I TURNED back, I REPENTED

  • I will restore your fortunes.
• Jeremiah 31:27-30
  • Behold… Days are coming – Long term future event
  • Sour grapes…Fathers??
    • The time will come with children will not suffer the consequences of their fathers.

  • The New Covenant   with Israel NOT the CHURCH
